They do not return calls. They were supposed to call back to see if we had anymore problems. They did not. They over charged us. and I am sure they will not honor the warranty.

I called Baystate after spending money with two other companies trying to get bats out of my attic. Chris came over and sealed up an area the other companies had apparently missed. And now the bats are gone. Thanks much, Baystate.
